Since 2006 Mary has been Head of Singing & Music at Millennium Performing Arts. Students there are training for professional careers in dance and musical theatre, and can study for certificates or degree level national diplomas in dance and musical theatre, validated by Trinity College, London. Mary and her vocal tutor team’s work specifically hopes to address the particular challenges of teaching dancers to sing, since the two have very different and sometimes contradictory disciplines.
The school recently moved to new premises in Woolwich which is fully supported by Greenwich Council. |
